Q: I don’t have time or I can’t commit. How much time does this require?

Q: Is this therapy?

A: No. This Intensive is identity clarity coaching rooted in Scripture. We are not processing trauma in a therapeutic setting. We are identifying the beliefs, patterns, and assumptions shaping your identity so you can begin rebuilding from truth.

Q: Is this about dating?

A: No. This work is about you, not finding another relationship. When your identity is clear and aligned with God, every other area of your life begins to change naturally. But this Intensive is not about attracting a man. It is about becoming the woman you were created to be.

A: Your pain may absolutely involve another person’s actions. But lasting healing requires understanding your participation in patterns, beliefs, and choices. Not to create shame. To create clarity and power moving forward. This work is about awareness, not blame.

Q: What is SELAH?

A: SELAH Healing is my private 12-week 1:1 coaching program. Where the Intensive helps you identify where you are, SELAH helps you rebuild who you are becoming. Participants in the Intensive receive a $200 credit toward SELAH if they choose to continue deeper work.

Q: What if I complete the Intensive and still feel stuck?

A: If you fully participate — complete the reflections, attend the calls, and engage honestly — and still feel unclear about your next step, we will continue supporting you until you gain the clarity you came for. Because the goal is not to sell you a workbook. The goal is to help you stop living unconsciously and start rebuilding intentionally.

A: I'm so glad you asked! Many women join months or even years after their divorce when they realize they never fully addressed the identity shift.
